London - The outgoing director of the British Board of Film Classification yesterday called for explicit pornography to be legalised. Mr James Ferman said restrictions on "conventional" pornography had encouraged a black market willing to deal in far more obscene videos involving children, animals and violence. If explicit pornography was legal it could be regulated and controlled, he said.
