Carphone Warehouse plans to open 20 new stores in Ireland this year, creating up to 150 jobs.
In a statement the company said it had grown from one shop on Grafton Street in 1996 to 54 outlets with 450 employees in Ireland currently. The company has a more than 2,000 shops in 11 countries.
It also officially opened its a new office in Santry for 100 staff today.
