London - The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr George Carey, has urged international leaders to help Africa as much as Asia.

"Every Mozambican born into the world owes $350 to the rest of the us. No way can the child pay that back," Archbishop Carey told the BBC. Over 700 Anglican bishops attending the Lambeth Conference called for a sweeping write-off of international debt owed by developing nations.
