The Carers' Association says it will meet TDs at Leinster House tomorrow to explain why it is disappointed with the Budget.
"We are very angry that not one additional carer will qualify for the carers' allowance because of the unfair means test," said the association's director, Mr Eddie Collins-Hughes.
