Caravans moved away from school

Several caravans which had been parked near a Co Dublin school had been moved, Mr Justice Butler was told in the High Court yesterday. On the application of Ms Alice Doyle, counsel for the trustees of St Benildus College, Upper Kilmacud, Stillorgan, he granted an interlocutory order in the same terms as the original interim order preventing trespass on the college lands. None of the defendants was in court.
