THE Scrap the Cap protest by Rehab, to have the £10,000 cap on charity lotteries removed, took place outside the Department of Justice in St Stephen's Green on Wednesday. Led by Rehab's Frank Flannery and Angela Kerins, the 40 protesters, including the merchandising women in special T-shirts, got some strange feedback from passersby. One woman insisted that they were really the Contraception Action Programme and several approached them to discuss the Common Agricultural Policy.
