A man has been arrested after gardaí seized cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €320,000 at a 'grow house' in Co Kilkenny.
Gardaí carried out a search at a house in Urlingford at about 5pm yesterday as part of an ongoing investigation.
The growing facility and plants were discovered during the search, a Garda spokesman said.
A man in his 20s was arrested at the scene and is detained at Kilkenny Garda station under Section 2 of the Criminal
Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
He may be held for up to seven days.
