Butler presents Iraq with plan

Baghdad - The UN arms chief, Mr Richard Butler, yesterday presented Iraq with a French plan to defuse the crisis over demands by UN weapons inspectors for access to presidential sites. The plan involves representatives of the UN Security Council accompanying inspectors on such visits, Mr Butler said.
