Businesswoman Olivia Gaynor is in advanced discussions to buy Residence, the private members club in Dublin city centre, from the receiver of the business.
Ms Gaynor plans to buy the leasehold interest in the St Stephen’s Green club through her Jersey-based investment company, Tarrango, from receiver Jim Stafford of Dublin accountants Friel Stafford.
