Burren project cost £197,765

LEGAL costs to date concerning the Burren National ParkProject amounted to £197,765, the House was told. The Minister of State, Mr Hugh Coveney, said, in a written reply, that these costs covering High and Supreme Court cases were attributable to the Office of Public Works (OPW). In one case costs were awarded to the OPW by the High Court but a Supreme Court appeal on this was pending.
