LONDON - Two British child murderers convicted of torturing and killing two year old Jamie Bulger in 1993 will seek a review of their minimum 15 year jail sentences today.
The boys were only 10 in February 1993 when they lured the toddler away from his mother in a shopping mall in the northern port of Liverpool. They battered him to death with bricks and a metal bar before dumping his body on a railway.
