Sinn Fe in Cllr Caoimhghin O'Caoliin said the Budget was a missed opportunity, and that it had confirmed the exclusion of thousands of economically marginalised people from Irish society.
"This was a Budget that tinkered with a failed system," said Mr O'Caolain, the party's finance spokesman.
