JERUSALEM Ibrahim Agbariyeh and Nasser Badran were not only switched in a hospital at birth 23 years ago, but they even went to school together in the Israeli Arab town of Umm el Fahm.

It was noticeable that each strongly resembled the other's brothers. A tissue test confirmed Ibrahim belonged to the Badrans. He is to sue the health ministry for damages.
