Two brothers have been awarded the costs of their successful Supreme Court appeal against the dismissal of their High Court libel action against the Star Sundaynewspaper.
Alan Bradley, Churchfield, Kentstown, Co Meath, and Wayne Bradley, Cherryfield Lawn, Clonsilla, Co Dublin, had brought their action against Independent Star Ltd, Terenure Road North, over a Star Sunday article published on June 13th, 2004.
A High Court jury found the brothers were not identified in the article and dismissed their claim.
