A black English youth is to make a formal complaint to the Garda that he was subjected to racist remarks while holidaying in Glenties, Co Donegal, last weekend.
Luke William Smith (15) is to claim that a number of Dublin youths made the remarks during an incident in a local disco on last Friday night.
