British police have charged radical muslim cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri with 16 counts of inciting murder and racial hatred.
The cleric, a former nightclub security guard who has preached in support of Osama bin Laden and the September 11 attacks, is already in a British jail after being arrested in May on a US extradition warrant.
