British, Israeli spies praised

Moscow - A high-ranking Russian security official has praised British and Israeli spies, saying they ranked with Russian agents as the best in the world. Mr Sergei Ivanov, head of the Security Council which advises President-elect Vladimir Putin, also told the Argumenti i Fakti newspaper that spies from the US had too much money and were spoilt.
