The operators of the Westlink toll bridge will have to pay rates to Dublin County Council, the Supreme Court decided yesterday.
The council is entitled to recover £348,559 for 1992.
The operator, Westlink Toll Bridge Ltd, failed to overturn a High Court finding that it was liable for rates.
