LONDON - A seven year old boy, Andrew Eaton, has been granted legal aid to challenge his expulsion from school and claim damages for "mental injury".
Meanwhile, parents were again withholding their children from Manton Junior School, Worksop, Nottinghampshire, in protest at the one to one tuition of a difficult pupil, Matthew Wilson (10).
