A five-year-old boy was killed yesterday after falling from a tractor in Co Tipperary.
The boy, who has not yet been named, is understood to have been crushed after falling from a tractor driven by his father on a farm in Toomevara near Nenagh.
Gardaí and the Health and Safety Authority have launched separate investigations into the incident.
