SAN FRANCISCO - A California prosecutor has charged a six-year-old boy with the attempted murder of a month-old baby who was badly beaten at his home.
The unidentified boy and two eight-year-old companions were also charged with burglary, said Mr Harold Jewett, deputy district attorney in Contra Costa County in northern California.
