A 13-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a man whose body was found on a bonfire on Monday near Liverpool.
Mr Stephen Croft (34) was found dead in the embers of a bonfire close to his home in Birkenhead.
The boy has also been charged with robbery of Mr Croft and will appear in court later today.
Two other men, aged 19 and 17, arrested on suspicion of murder were released on bail.
