DECLAN Curneen (38), of Kinlough, Co Leitrim, appeared at Limerick City Court yesterday on two charges of assaulting gardai following a Republican Sinn Fein parade in Limerick on January 5th last. He was sentenced to three months, suspended on condition that he enter a bond of £400 to be paid within 14 days and keep the peace for two years.
