The former chairman of Bord Failte, Mr Martin Dully, died of a severe head injury after falling from a ladder while working at his home, the Dublin City Coroners Court heard yesterday.
The coroner, Dr Brian Farrell, recorded a verdict of accidental death for Mr Dully (67), of Kincora Grove, Clontarf, Dublin, who died on March 3rd.
