THE annual conference of the Booksellers Association of Britain and Ireland opened in Jurys Hotel, Dublin, yesterday. There will be lectures and panel discussions this morning and afternoon. The President, Mrs Robinson, will be the guest of honour tomorrow at a dinner where the BA/Bookseller Author of the Year Award will be presented.
