The Irish Red Cross and the British Red Cross in Northern Ireland are to introduce a joint publication concerning the humanitarian work of the organisation.
The Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement will be launched simultaneously today in Dublin and Belfast by the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Senator Joe Doyle, and the Lord Mayor of Belfast, Cllr David Alderdice.
