Three Dublin males arrested after fire caused £240,000 worth of damage to a Dublin school have been served with a book of evidence. Mr Terry Dunleavy (19), of Annadale Crescent, Marino, is accused of arson at the Cross and Passion Secondary School on July 12th last year. He is also charged, along with Mr Barry O'Reilly (17), of Gracepark Heights, Drumcondra, and Mr David McDonald (17), of Richmond Avenue, Fairview, with attempted burglary on the same night. The three were remanded on bail to May 7th.
