Algiers - Security forces defused two bombs on Saturday just before the funeral of five civilians in south-west Algeria, it was reported yesterday. The Arabic language daily El Khabar also reported that troops had killed at least two Muslim rebels in an attack on their hideout in another incident on Saturday.
