A PLANNING application has been lodged with the Department of the Environment in Derry to rebuild the Three Flowers Bar which was demolished in an IRA bomb attack in October 1990.

Five British soldiers and a civilian were killed in the attack when a 1,000lb bomb exploded inside the Border checkpoint at Coshquin, Co Derry.
