Bomb raises ceasefire fears

Paris - Four people were killed and several wounded in a bomb blast on Tuesday in the Toualbia area of Algeria in Jijel province, a Islamist rebel stronghold 240km east of Algiers. The explosion raises questions over whether the Islamic Salvation Army, the main rebel force in the area, had ended its declared October 1st ceasefire.
