Colombo - At least 11 people were killed and 70 wounded when a parcel bomb ripped through a post office in Sri Lanka yesterday.

The attack came as Norway was involved in moves aimed at bringing Tamil Tiger guerrillas and the government to the negotiating table in an effort to end decades of ethnic bloodletting that has claimed more than 55,000 lives.
