The Washington based Irish National Caucus said it was dismayed and disgusted at the Manchester bombing.
"It was a deplorable act and it must be condemned unequivocally, absolutely and in toto," said the association's president, Father Sean McManus. "I can only hope the IRA will see sense and call a ceasefire".
