Mr Paul Carwood (33), of no fixed abode, charged in connection with a major bomb alert in the Dame Street area of Dublin earlier this month was further remanded by Dublin District Court yesterday. He is charged with making a phone call to give rise to fear among people at George's Street on October 10th last. He is to appear again on October 31st next.
