Bank of Ireland sold €1 billion of Government-guaranteed bonds due September 2010, according to Deutsche Bank AG, one of the banks managing the sale.

The notes were priced to yield 185 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, Deutsche Bank said.

BNP Paribas SA, Credit Suisse Group AG, Morgan Stanley also managed the sale with Bank of Ireland.
