The badly decomposed body of a man was discovered in waste ground in Newtownards, Co Down, last night. The body was found in an area known locally as the duck pond on the Belfast Road at around 7 p.m. The RUC said a post mortem will be carried out today. It is understood that a crime is not suspected.
