The body of a man has been found after a caravan fire in Co Galway this morning.

The body of a man has been found after a caravan fire in Co Galway this morning.

The man whose name and details have yet to be released was found after the fire brigade were called to a fire on the Ballyvaughan Road near Kinvarra at around 5.40 am.

The body was found after the fire was extinguished and gardaí sealed off the area. The State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy is to carry out a post mortem.
