London - Disc jockey Steve Penk hoaxed his way into a telephone conversation yesterday with the British Prime Minister by pretending to be the leader of the Conservative Party, Mr William Hague. Mr Tony Blair realised instantly he was not dealing with the real Mr Hague when he spoke to him on London's Capital Radio. Mr Blair twisted the stunt to political advantage at Prime Minister's Questions when he told Mr Hague that he had had a better conversation earlier with a mere hoaxer.
