London - Mr Tony Blair's personal popularity with the public has declined significantly, according to a new poll issue last night. The Mirror/ICM survey found that his satisfaction rating with the public has dropped by 25 per cent in less than a year.

The poll found that the Health Secretary, Mr Alan Milburn, was now the most unpopular member of the cabinet.
