Jerusalem - Jerusalem's Anglican bishop admitted yesterday he used a home-made travel document to enter the West Bank from Jordan but said he did not know he was breaking the law. Israeli police said they caught Bishop Samir Kafiti, a Palestinian resident of East Jerusalem who does not have Israeli citizenship, trying to cross the Israeli-guarded Allenby Bridge with fake papers.
