Belgrade - A Swiss and a Greek airliner landed in Belgrade yesterday, on the first scheduled Western passenger flights to Yugoslavia since an 18-month embargo was lifted on Monday. EU foreign ministers on Monday lifted the ban on air links with Yugoslavia in place since September 1998, but agreed to tighten financial sanctions to increase pressure on President Slobodan Milosevic.
