BRUSSELS - Belgian authorities said yesterday a body found in the cellar of a derelict Brussels petrol station was almost certainly that of a Moroccan-born girl missing since 1992.

A man questioned five years ago about her disappearance had admitted murdering Loubna Benaissa and was being held in custody, the authorities said. Three suspected accomplices - all members of the man's family - were also being questioned.
