Belfast set to get 162 hi-tech jobs

US telecoms firm Mformation Technologies is to create up to 162 hi-tech jobs in Belfast.

US telecoms firm Mformation Technologies is to create up to 162 hi-tech jobs in Belfast.

Economy Minister Nigel Dodds today announced the investment, which will see the mobile telecoms firm set up a centre of technical excellence in the city.

The Mformation development and technical support centre in Belfast will become a primary global engineering and technical services facility.

Mformation is a global leader in the provision of mobile device management software to many of the world's leading wireless network operators, including Vodafone, Telefonica, T-Mobile, Sprint Nextel and Telus.
