Zarauz - A young Basque town councillor was killed yesterday in a car bombing that authorities blamed on the separatist guerrilla group ETA. Jose Ignacio Irureta Goiena, a 35-year-old ruling party politician from the coastal town of Zarauz, was driving to work when the bomb exploded, blowing off an arm and a leg, police said.
