A former barman allegedly lost his job after an after hours drinker assaulted him after work in the Hartstown Inn, Dublin 15, on July 5th, 1993, the Circuit Court has heard. Yesterday Mr Paul Fitzpatrick (28), of Gracefield Road, Artane, Dublin, accepted an offer of £7,500 in settlement of his claims for personal injury and breach of contract.
