Police in Northern Ireland have begun a murder inquiry following the death of a woman in Ballymena, Co Antrim.

Police in Northern Ireland have begun a murder inquiry following the death of a woman in Ballymena, Co Antrim.

The investigation follows a post mortem on the body of Shirley Finlay (24) the town. Her body was discovered in a car park yesterday.

Police have appealed for information about the woman's movements prior to her death and want to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity.
