A Dublin man facing charges in connection with an abortive robbery at Inchicore earlier this, month when an INLA member was shot dead was freed on £5,000 bail by the Special Criminal Court yesterday.
Mr Peter Maguire (30), of Donomore Avenue, Tallaght, is charged with robbing Mr Paula Coleman of £889 at Newspread Ltd, Goldenbridge Industrial Estate, Inchicore, on June 4th.
He was ordered to report daily to Tallaght Garda station and was remanded until July 17th.
