Bail for man, charged with Rynn murder

A BOOK of evidence containing more than 1,000 witness statements has been served on a man charged with murdering civil servant Ms Marilyn Rynn more than a year ago. Mr David Lawler (32), of Edgewood Lawn, Blanchardstown, is charged with raping and murdering the woman near Tolka Valley Park, Blanchardstown, between December 22nd, 1995, and January 7th, 1996.

In Dublin District Court yesterday Judge William Earley remanded Mr Lawler on continuing bail to appear again before the court on March 4th for submissions to the book of evidence.
