An inquest into the death of a 23-month-old boy was adjourned yesterday pending a decision by the DPP.
Jamie Sutton of St John’s Park, Waterford was pronounced dead at Temple Street hospital, Dublin, on February 27th, 2010. Det Insp Jim Lacey of Waterford Garda station said a file is with the DPP and gardaí are awaiting a decision.
