A man who carried out a vicious attack on two people in a city park was arrested an hour later when he could not find his way…

A man who carried out a vicious attack on two people in a city park was arrested an hour later when he could not find his way out of the park, a court has heard.

Gardaí arrested Adam Doyle in Dublin’s Merrion Square after he had punched one victim and struck a second using a crutch.

Between them the victims suffered fractures to the nose and hand. Doyle (21), Grange Park Road, Rathfarnham, was arrested an hour later.

He pleaded guilty to robbery of two men on July 10th, 2012. Judge Martin Nolan jailed him for two years.
