A Turkish asylum seeker arrested after an alleged break in at the Department of Justice when gardai were allegedly threatened with a knife, appeared in court yesterday.Mr Haci Sari (23), of North Circular Road, Dublin 1, appeared in Dublin District Court charged with possessing a large knife, burglary and criminal damage to a glass door at the Department of Justice offices at St Stephen's Green yesterday. Judge Catherine Murphy remanded the defendant in custody without consent to bail to appear again in a week and also ordered psychiatric and medical reports.
